After a winter full of ice, snow, slush, grime, salt and other chemicals out on the road, you’ll definitely want to service your equipment, including the trucks. As you already know – if you’re a regular customer – we make it a priority to build long-term relationships with our customers, and we provide the most reliable service in the industry. This means, that after the sale, you don’t become a number in a file. You are still a person. Our service techs work on all makes and models of trucks and equipment.

When it’s time for preventative maintenance and annual inspections, you can count on Drake-Scruggs to get it done so that you can get back out on the road with minimal down time. Our service technicians also provide dielectric testing for AC and DC and component repair for hydraulic, electrical and mechanical issues.
When You Need Road Service
If you can’t get your trucks and equipment to our service center for a spring service appointment, one of our five road service trucks will be able to come out to your site. Our mobile units are fully stocked and we are able to perform service and repair calls. We are even prepared to perform preventative maintenance inspections and annual inspections at your site. Additional on site testing and services include dielectric testing, most major repairs and all minor repairs.
Our road service is convenient as we will work with your schedule. And, since we will be at your site, we can do several vehicles. Send out some of your trucks in the morning, and by the time we finish the first round, have those trucks back in the shop. Take out the newly serviced trucks while we service the rest of the trucks. If your work load permits, you won’t experience any down time since you can schedule all of your spring service appointments over a day or two.
